Phnom Penh: The construction of a 52-story SUNWAH PEAL multi purposed commercial center including a condominium, an office, a shopping mall, and a five-star hotel will soon begin.
According to a source from world-class construction company in Cambodia said that the company is currently working with the construction company, which will be completed in January, so the company will start its project after the Chinese New Year, if not changed.
“SUNWAH PEAL will spend about $150 million to build its 200-meter-high commercial center,” he said.
SUNWAH PEAL is located next to The PEAK project and in front of Naga World1 entertainment and Casino center.
SUNWAH has long suspended investment in the project due to internal problems and other issues.
The SUNWAH PEARL Phnom Penh project is located on Samdech Hun Sen Park Road and at the intersection of three rivers, Mekong River, Tonle Sap River and Bassac River.
The project site near the Royal Palace is an area with high odds of land, as it is located in Daun Penh, a district of many embassies, the heart of trade and politics, as well as the National Museum.
