Phnom Penh: Land around Techo International Airport project development area will increase in value in the future, while the potential around the area is also seen as attracting more real estate development.
Mr. Dith Channa, CEO of Lucky Real Estate, said this morning, April 28, 2022, that the area around Phnom Penh still has high potential despite the COVID-19 crisis, including land around the Techo International Airport, and is becoming an area with high potential and high land momentum and will continue to rise in the future.
