Phnom Penh: Land around Techo International Airport project development area will increase in value in the future, while the potential around the area is also seen as attracting more real estate development.
Mr. Dith Channa, CEO of Lucky Real Estate, said this morning, April 28, 2022, that the area around Phnom Penh still has high potential despite the COVID-19 crisis, including land around the Techo International Airport, and is becoming an area with high potential and high land momentum and will continue to rise in the future.
“The factors that make this area more attractive and likely to gain momentum in the future as the surrounding area has developed a lot of infrastructure, especially the Third Ring Road, which is an important factor in the development,” he said. “Attract investors to develop and boost demand for land.”
He added that at present, land prices around Phnom Penh are still attractive outside the area around the new Phnom Penh International Airport, such as the area along National Road 4, which has just been built, especially in the Arey Ksat area. There is another level of land recovery after the project to build a bridge across the river connecting Phnom Penh directly to the Arey Ksat area.
Meanwhile, Ms. An Sothyta, CEO of Propnex Cambodia Real, also said that the southern part of Phnom Penh has seen a period of attractiveness and housing development for a while, and in the future, this area will be further developed at the same time. The potential and projects of many states have been emerging.
Mr. Chhun Samphors, President of Century 21 Premium Realty, said that the potential of the area around Phnom Penh has potential, but the potential of each area is slightly different.
