Phnom penh : On June 15, 2023, the Association of Innovation and Development Investors (IDI) and ID Capital Plc. (IDC), in collaboration with the Entrepreneurship Development Fund of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (EDF) under the chairmanship of Dr. Hor Sereyvath, IDI and IDC Chairman, and H.E. Chea Kok Hong, EDF’s Secretariate Director, accompanied by IDI Board of Directors organized a sharing session on the potential of agricultural exports from Cambodia the Chinese market at the Astor Hall, Flatiron by Meridian. Participants include more than 60 attendees representing companies and operators in agricultural and food products.
Commencing the program, Dr. Hor Sereyvath delivered a welcome remark highlighting the commitment of IDI to contribute to the promotion of Cambodia’s exports, especially food and agricultural products. He added that IDI has been working with local and foreign partner institutions to identify and unlock market opportunities for farmers and producers. In that regard, the association also established a technical working group to further assist the export activities.
